Have you ever been stuck in a car on a hot day only to find your air conditioning system isn’t working as it should be? We know there’s nothing more frustrating, which is why you should get yours serviced or repaired before summer hits.
Due to its dehumidifying properties, when operating fully efficiently, your air conditioning system will also de-mist your windscreen more rapidly in cold weather.
A blast of cold air may be the last thing on your mind during the winter months, but keeping your air conditioning permanently off during winter could be storing up trouble for when the sun eventually does come out.
Air-conditioning systems are most effective if they are used regularly, and keeping them switched off for long periods will actually reduce their efficiency in the hot weather, when they are needed most.
And if you have ever had the misfortune to get a whiff of a “smelly sock” odour, emanating from your cars ventilation, this is as a result of a buildup of bacteria in the system over a period of not being used.
Using air-con frequently helps keep it efficient, but even so, systems naturally lose refrigerant over time and should be recharged every two years.
Now offering next generation car air conditioning services for cars built in 2013 and onwards using a new type gas which is ozone friendly, called R1234yf.

We broke down last night at the 02 and was picked up by a driver named Paul, he went out of his way to make us feel safe and his driving was lovely, he turned a traumatic experience into a laugh.... we were 3 females stranded in London, we were freezing and had been there a few hours. He went beyond the call of duty, making us cry with laughter.... such a lovely young man. Thank you
